We inform you that the personal data provided may be processed for the purpose of sending you informative and other communications (offers, events, greetings), for which you must check the box enabled for this purpose. Making a reservation does not require joining the Club BeCasual. If, during the booking process, the user voluntarily decides to join the Club BeCasual, the processing of their data for said purpose will be governed by the specific section "Club BeCasual / Loyalty Program", by the Privacy Policy, and by the General Terms and Conditions of Club BeCasual.

Casual Hotels does not market, pre-control, or own the content, services, and information available on said websites, and is not responsible for them or for the information and statements included therein. Casual Hotels is also not responsible for damages of any kind that may arise from the access, maintenance, use, quality, lawfulness, reliability, and utility of the content, information, communications, statements, products, and services existing or offered on websites not managed by itself.

Casual Hotels reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to temporarily suspend access to its website and to make any modifications it deems appropriate to the page, the services or information offered, their presentation or location, and the conditions of access and use of the Casual Hotels website. All information received on this website shall be deemed transferred to Casual Hotels free of charge. E-mail will not be considered a valid means for the submission of claims. 7. Hotel Liability
Access to the page does not imply, under any circumstances, the existence of a business relationship between the user and Casual Hotels. The portal only provides information regarding vacant hotel rooms at the time the aforementioned information is requested; therefore, if you make an online reservation, you are contracting directly with the hotel and not with the portal. The printed version of the reservation made serves as a locator when you arrive at the hotel. Booking hotel nights on this website implies the adherence and acceptance by the client of each and every one of the general conditions set forth herein. By accepting the following clauses, you declare and accept:
1) To be of legal age and have full capacity to make the reservation, stating that you understand and comprehend all the conditions found on the website.
2) That the data provided when making the online reservation is true, complete, and concise.
3) Only those pages included within the sitemap are comprised within the website.
4) That access to this website is the responsibility of the user.
5) That once the reservation is made, the electronic document in which it has been formalized will be archived, and you may access it at any time.
6) That you confirm the reservation made, that is, the dates indicated, the number of rooms, number of people, and the selected Hotel.
7) The conditions and price of the reservation made are those expressly determined in the rate conditions explicitly included on the page where you make the reservation.
8) Regarding the relationship with the portal, the latter gives you the possibility to book rooms at the chosen hotel through its website, but does not offer any type of hotel service under its responsibility.
9) That your card details are collected for the purpose of guaranteeing the reservation. Payment for the reservation will be made at the chosen Hotel, and only in the case of cancellations or no-shows will the reservation be canceled and the charge set in the rate conditions be applied.
10) Offers will only be valid for as long as they remain accessible to the recipients of the service.
8. Prices
The prices indicated are Retail Prices including V.A.T. The price includes: Price per night based on the selected room type and board basis, except for hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated. The price does not include: Any service not specified, as well as extras such as transfers, tips, phone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc. Check-in and check-out times: as a general rule and unless expressly agreed otherwise with the establishment, rooms may be used from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
9. Passports and Visas
All travelers, without exception (including children), must have their corresponding personal and family documentation in order, whether a passport or I.D. card, according to current legislation. Obtaining visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc., when required by the trips, shall be at their own expense. Minors under 18 years of age must carry a written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that it may be requested by any authority. In the event that any Authority refuses to grant visas due to the user's particular circumstances, or if entry into the country is denied due to lacking the required prerequisites, a defect in the required documentation, or not carrying it, the hotel declines all responsibility for events of this nature, and any expenses incurred shall be borne by the consumer, applying under these circumstances the conditions and rules established for no-shows.
10. Club BeCasual / Loyalty Program
If the user registers for Club BeCasual, the personal data provided will be processed for the purpose of managing their registration and membership in the loyalty program, maintaining their user account and profile, applying discounts, advantages, gifts, levels, and benefits, managing their €uro wallet, calculating their category within the Club, handling inquiries or incidents related to the program, and managing, if applicable, cancellation of membership from the Club.
Likewise, as this is a loyalty program whose main purpose is to offer advantages, discounts, promotions, gifts, events, updates, and exclusive information from Casual Hoteles, the user's data will be processed to send them communications specific to Club BeCasual related to products, services, offers, hotels, stays, experiences, advantages, and updates from Casual Hoteles.
The primary legal basis for processing will be the execution of the relationship derived from the user's voluntary registration in Club BeCasual and the acceptance of its General Terms and Conditions. When applicable, certain processing may be based on the user's consent, the legitimate interest of Casual Hoteles, or compliance with legal obligations.
Membership in Club BeCasual implies the receipt of commercial communications specific to the program, as it forms part of the essential purpose of the Club. If the user does not wish to continue receiving such communications, they may unsubscribe from the Club by deleting their user account from their profile, through the link included in the commercial communications, or by requesting it via becasual@casualhoteles.com or lopd@casualhoteles.com.
Unsubscribing from the Club will result in the loss of member status, unsubscription from commercial communications specific to the Club, loss of access to the Club profile, loss of advantages associated with the program, loss of the Club history, and the permanent loss of accumulated €uros, benefits, or advantages that had not been used prior to unsubscribing.
