In recent weeks, the Valencian hotel chain has developed the "CASUAL ACADEMY" program in which the more than 200 employees will be able to improve and train in various issues applicable to hotel management and organization.

The founder and CEO of the chain, Juan Carlos Sanjuán, has indicated that "at Casual Hotels we like to be positive and proactive, and thus, within our approach to continuous improvement, we believe that the current situation will allow us to evolve and that The evolution of Casual goes through, among other things, the training of our employees”

"Since this situation with COVID-19 began, we have valued launching an initiative that would allow us to enrich ourselves and be better the first day we reopen our doors," said Sanjuán.

For the development of the CASUAL Academy program, the Valencian brand agreed to join the #Nowturimo initiative created by Bedsrevenue, where different aspects of day-to-day activities and hotel promotion or management tools have been addressed.

In the same way, the employees have had access to various contents on management from the IEBS Business School and modules from the digital marketing programs of the Digital Marketing School promoted by Rubén Colomer, who before entering it, advised and trained 75 companies that went through the Plug and Play accelerator.

DM School has a teaching staff with extensive experience in multinationals such as Ikea, Disney, Cabify, Inditex or Decathlon, among others, and each of them has programmed an action within their specialty, such as SEM, SEO, Word Press, analytics Web or ad management on Facebook, Instagram or Amazon.

The Casual Academy program will be available to the more than 200 employees of Casual Hotels. The chain keeps closed, according to the current Decree Law, its 18 establishments located in Spain and Portugal.
