Frequently asked questions about your pet

  • Can I leave my dog alone in the room?
No. We ask that your pet is not left alone in the room, both for its well-being and out of respect for other guests. If you need to go out without your pet, reception can recommend local dog-walking or pet-sitting services.
  • How many pets can I bring?
Up to 2 pets per booking. If you are traveling with more, please consult us before booking.
  • What documentation do I need to travel with my pet?
Up-to-date health card with mandatory vaccinations and identification microchip. If you have a potentially dangerous breed (PPP), you will also need civil liability insurance and the corresponding license. As of February 2025, hotels are required to register certain guest data (RD 933/2021).
  • Do you accept potentially dangerous breeds (PPP)?
Yes, provided that the owner has the mandatory documentation: valid civil liability insurance and a license for keeping potentially dangerous animals.
  • Is it a good idea to go to Barcelona during La Mercè with my dog?
It depends on your dog. La Mercè (September 24th) is the city's biggest festival: concerts, giants, and the Piromusical with the largest synchronized fireworks display of the year. The fireworks can cause significant anxiety in noise-sensitive dogs. If you know yours tolerates them well, the city during the festivities is a unique experience. If it is nervous or reactive, June or May are ideal months for Barcelona: the weather is perfect and the city is lively without the peak heat or tourist saturation of summer.
