- How many kilos do you allow at the hotel?We accept dogs up to 25 kg. And if yours has overindulged in snacks and exceeds that weight, call us before booking: we are flexible and will look for a solution.
- Is there an additional cost to bring my pet?No. If you book directly at casualhoteles.com, your pet's stay is completely free and includes the Pet Pack (small bed, food bowl, water bowl, and a welcome snack). If you book through another portal, a supplement may apply.
- Can I leave my dog alone in the room?No. We ask that your pet is not left alone in the room, both for its well-being and out of respect for other guests. If you need to go out without your pet, reception can recommend local dog-walking or pet-sitting services.
- How many pets can I bring?Up to 2 pets per booking. If you are traveling with more, please consult us before booking.
- What documentation do I need to travel with my pet?Up-to-date health card with mandatory vaccinations and identification microchip. If you have a potentially dangerous breed (PPP), you will also need civil liability insurance and the corresponding license. As of February 2025, hotels are required to register certain guest data (RD 933/2021).
