Can I leave my dog alone in the room?
No. We ask that your pet is not left alone in the room, both for its well-being and out of respect for other guests. If you need to go out without your pet, reception can recommend local dog-walking or pet-sitting services.
How many pets can I bring?
Up to 2 pets per booking. If you are traveling with more, please consult us before booking.
What documentation do I need to travel with my pet?
Up-to-date health card with mandatory vaccinations and identification microchip. If you have a potentially dangerous breed (PPP), you will also need civil liability insurance and the corresponding license. As of February 2025, hotels are required to register certain guest data (RD 933/2021).

Is it safe to walk my dog in Seville in the summer?
Precautions must be taken. Seville is one of the hottest cities in Europe: in July and August, temperatures frequently exceed 40-45°C and the asphalt can reach 60-70°C, enough to burn paws in seconds. If you visit Seville in summer with your dog: go out before 9 a.m. or at sunset, always carry fresh water and the portable bowl from the Pet Pack, and Search for shaded areas like patios and the Alameda. Maria Luisa Park has abundant trees and is cooler. If your dog is a brachycephalic breed (bulldogs, Pekingese, pugs), take extreme care with the heat.

Can I get around Seville with my dog on public transport?
The Seville Metro does not allow animals (except guide dogs). TUSSAM buses and the tram only allow small dogs in carriers. The good news is that Cercanías Renfe does allow dogs of all sizes on a leash, free of charge and without a supplement — ideal for reaching Santa Justa Station or taking trips to the coast or Jerez. To get around the center, most plans from the hotel can be perfectly done on foot: the Old Town, Triana, El Arenal, and the Alameda de Hércules are all less than a 25-minute walk away.
Is it a good idea to go to Seville during Holy Week or the April Fair with my dog?
It depends on your dog and what the event is. Holy Week takes place through narrow streets in the historic center with band music, incense, and large crowds — practically from the hotel door. If your dog tolerates noise and crowds well, it is an unrepeatable experience. If they are nervous or reactive, it is better to avoid it. The April Fair is held at the Real de la Feria (Los Remedios), far from the historic center, and the city center remains clearer. The fireworks for the lighting ceremony and the closing may affect sensitive dogs. The best time for Seville with a dog is October-November or March (before Holy Week): perfect temperatures, a lively city, and without the extreme summer heat.
