July 10, 2025. Casual Hoteles has successfully concluded the first edition of the Competitive Regenerative School in Valencia, a pioneering labor integration program that connects people in vulnerable situations with real professional opportunities in the hotel sector, through a training model based on values, skills, and practical experience.

The project was developed by La Buena Huella, a strategic consultancy specializing in applied sustainability, in partnership with the Spanish Red Cross, and has counted on the active commitment of Casual Hoteles as the first national embassy for this transformative initiative.

During this pilot edition, 6 people participated in a training itinerary covering social, digital, technical, sustainability, and CSR areas, with theoretical training at the Casual Hoteles headquarters and internships at 3 of their 5 hotels in Valencia: Casual Vintage Valencia, Casual Socarrat Valencia, and Casual del Cine Valencia.
