Casual Hotels lands in Ibiza
17/06/2024June 17, 2024. The year 2024 is proving to be very positive for the Valencian chain Casual Hoteles. On one hand, because they are on track to meet their economic forecasts and this financial year will be better than 2023. And on the other, because the group founded by Juan Carlos Sanjuán is taking major steps to boost the company's expansion in priority Mediterranean destinations after having consolidated the business following COVID-19
Thus, following the announcement made at the beginning of the year regarding the signing of an agreement to incorporate the Casual Miraviglie Napoli, Casual Hoteles has now confirmed that in 2025 it will open its first hotel in the Balearic Islands.
According to the president of Casual Hoteles, Juan Carlos Sanjuán, “the Casual Bahía Ibiza, located in Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, will be inaugurated in April 2025. The hotel will have 42 rooms and will be incorporated under a rental scheme. Like the rest of our establishments, the property, which is to be renovated, will be themed with a project inspired by the Mediterranean, which will be carried out by the interior designer Raquel Sanjuán Studio”.
With this new establishment, and with the new opening planned in Naples, Casual Hoteles will increase its portfolio to a total of 26 hotels and 947 rooms in 15 cities across Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
