Casual Hotels signs an agreement with Welcome Pickups
23/05/2024May 23, 2024. This 2024, Casual Hoteles has set a clear goal: to improve the travel experience of its customers, from the moment they arrive at their destination until they return home.
Â
To this end, in addition to incorporating at the beginning of the year the possibility of booking all types of experiences in the cities where their hotels are located directly from their website, they have now signed an agreement with the Greek-originated start-up Welcome Pickups to also facilitate transfers from the airport or train station to their establishment.
Â
Thanks to this alliance, the implementation of which has been a technological challenge that has been a complete success, customers arriving at any of the Spanish destinations where Casual Hoteles is present (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga, Cadiz, Seville, Granada, Benidorm, and San Sebastian), or the cities of Lisbon, Porto, and Florence where it also has hotels, will be able to travel with peace of mind knowing that upon their arrival, a professional Welcome Pickups driver will be waiting for them to make their immersion in the destination as professional, pleasant, and local as possible.
Â
The service can also be requested for the return journey, and even to go to other places of interest in the cities, with the convenience of being able to book it in advance; knowing the price beforehand; paying for it directly through the application and, barring unforeseen events, having the driver's punctuality guaranteed.
