According to sources from the Valencian group, “in 2023, the peak of room bookings shared with pets occurred in December. In that month, the weight of the pet segment was the highest of the year, reaching 4.23%. 48.6% of the clients who stayed at the group's hotels last December were Spanish, and the remaining 51.4% were international tourists, mostly from Italy, France, and the United Kingdom, with the former having the highest average price. In terms of typology, almost all were couples.”

The secret to attracting this segment of customers who travel with pets lies in treating them as if they were another member of the family.
