Casual Hotels has today signed a collaboration agreement for the organization and implementation of different actions aimed at promoting the achievement of the social goals of the Asindown Foundation , such as promoting the employment of people with Down Syndrome or other functional diversity.

 

The agreement, managed by Bárbara Valle, the chain's Director of People and Talent Development, was signed this afternoon at the hotel chain's headquarters between the CEO of Casual Hotels, Juan Carlos Sanjuán, and the President of the Asindown Foundation. Jose Vega.

 

Within the framework of this collaboration between Casual Hotels and Asindown, the company will offer its facilities to carry out training practices for people with Down Syndrome or other intellectual disabilities.

 

“With this agreement, Casual Hotels continues its commitment to promoting the social and labor inclusion of people with functional diversity. With the signing of this agreement we want to contribute to their social and personal development”, Sanjuán pointed out.

 

For its part, Asindown is an entity that works to improve the quality of life of people with Down syndrome, other intellectual disabilities and their families. The Foundation tries to favor their inclusion and participation as citizens with full rights in all stages of their lives, through the promotion of resources and support for research and personal, social, educational and work development.

 

After more than 20 years working with this objective, today it has more than 90 people with intellectual disabilities incorporated into the labor market.
